About Me

Welcome! I am Kaylie-Ann Miller, a Licensed Practical with a foundation built on high-stakes, high-acuity healthcare experience. My nursing career began in Canada in 2020, right at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Launching my career during a global healthcare crisis fast-tracked my clinical judgment, demanding absolute precision and adaptability under pressure.

From those intense beginnings, I went on to hone my skills on a specialized pulmonary unit and in the fast-paced Emergency Room of a Level 1 trauma center. Today, while actively advancing my clinical scope to obtain my RN license, I bring that rigorous frontline background to the legal field, helping personal injury attorneys navigate the complexities of medical records.

Having spent years documenting on the inpatient side, I have developed an audit-level eye for charting standards. I know exactly how care should be documented, making it seamless for me to identify critical deviations from protocol, standard-of-care violations, and subtle omissions that others might miss. I provide attorneys with expert translation of complex injuries, future medical impact, and terminology into clear, trial-ready chronological timelines.

My Mission

I am committed to bridging medicine and law with integrity, clarity, and compassion. As I advance from LPN to RN, I use my expanding clinical expertise and dedication to legal nursing to empower attorneys, strengthen case outcomes, and advocate for clients through accurate, insightful medical analysis.

My long-term vision is to build a full-time career in legal nursing practice—serving as a trusted partner to legal teams and a reliable voice for clients whose medical experiences deserve to be clearly interpreted and deeply understood.
